构建良性政企关系是民营企业的一项重要决策。作为重要的政治资源,良好的政企关系可通过信息效应和资源效应有效降低民营企业的融资活动和投资活动的交易成本。在中国当前评级机制仍不健全、资源配置尚未完全实现市场化的环境下,民营企业发展备受制约。良好的政企关系是民营企业质量的传递器和地区资源的连接器,有助于减少融资约束和打破行业壁垒,使民营企业获得公平的发展机会。

It is an important decision for private enterprise to build the good relationship between government andenterprise. As important political resources, good relationship between government and enterprises will do good toreducing transaction cost of financing and investment of private enterprise by information effect and resources effect.Nowadays, the rating mechanism is still not perfect in China and the marketization of the allocation of resources has notbeen completed. Based on the realities, the development of private enterprise is extremely constrained. Good relationshipbetween government and enterprise can serve as a mediator of quality and a connector of regional resources, which help toalleviate financing constraints and break trade barriers to offer more fair chances for private enterprise.
