钛/钢异种金属电子束焊接技术的发展现状 被引量:4

摘要 由于电子束焊接具有高能量密度、精确可控的束斑尺寸和位置、低的焊接残余应力、无污染焊缝等优点,被认为是连接异种材料最合适的焊接方法。在分析钛/钢异种金属可焊性的基础上,归纳总结了电子束焊接钛/钢异种金属的特点,综述了国内外钛/钢异种金属电子束焊接研究进展,并对钛/钢异种金属电子束焊接的发展前景进行了展望。 Electron beam welding is considered as the most suitable welding method for joining dissimilar materials, due to the high energy density, accurately controllable beam size and location, low residual stress and pollution-fzee welding. On the basis of analysis of the weldability of titanium/steel dissimilar metals, the characteristics of electron beam welding of titanium/steel dissimilar metals were summarized. Research progress of titanium/steel dissimilar metal electron beam welding in China and other countries was also summarized. And development prospect of titanium/steel dissimilar metal electron beam welding was forecasted.
