摘要
齿轮下箱体属于中型厚壁铝合金件。在充分分析铸件结构及工艺性后,选用砂型铸造方法,采用树脂砂冷芯盒精密组芯进行造型;进行了齿轮箱下箱体的浇冒口系统设计。使用Any Casting软件对齿轮下箱体的凝固过程进行了模拟分析,确定了冒口设计的合理性,预测了铸件的收缩缺陷位置;通过添加冷铁消除了铸件缺陷,得到了一套完整合理的铸造工艺方案。
The gear box body is a medium-sized aluminum alloy part with thick wail. After analyzing the structure and process of the casting, the sand casting method was selected and precision core assembly modeling of resin sand cold core box was used. The gating and riser system of gear box body was designed. The solidification process of gear box body was simulated and analyzed by using AnyCasting software, the correctness of riser design was determined and the position of casting shrinkage defects were predicted. The casting shrinkage defects were eliminated by adding chills, and a set of reasonable casting process was obtained.
