双凸模三柱轴径向冷挤压工艺及晶粒尺寸演化研究

摘要 利用三维软件对三柱轴万向节进行了实体建模,并建立了径向冷挤压有限元模型。通过有限元模拟软件对三柱轴万向节径向挤压成形过程进行了分析。利用DEFORM-3D软件的后处理功能,对模具所受的挤压载荷及温度分布等进行了详细分析。最后对零件成形过程中的晶粒度进行模拟分析和实验对比,同时验证了冷挤压对材料晶粒度的影响。 The solid modeling of three-pillar shaft universal joint was carried out by using 3D software, and radial cold extrusion FE model was set up. Through the FE software, radial extrusion forming process of three-pillar shaft universal joint was analyzed. The extrusion load and temperature distribution of the die were analyzed in detail by using the post-processing fimction of DEFORM-3D software. Finally, simulation analysis and experimental comparison of the grain size during the forming process were carried out. Meanwhile, the influence of cold extrusion on the material grain size was verified.
