PLC控制技术在TR全纤维镦锻装置中的应用

摘要 介绍了TR全纤维镦锻装置结构及工作原理,指出了TR全纤维镦锻装置在镦锻时易出现的问题,并应用PLC控制技术予以解决。应用控制技术成功在TR全纤维镦锻装置批量镦锻了6Y-1869轴锻件,证明了该控制系统可保护TR装置,提高锻件精度和生产率,节约成本。 The structure and working principle of TR whole fiber upsetting device were introduced, and the proplems during upseting process of TR upsetting device were brought up. The PLC control technology was applied to solve the problem. By applying the control technology and using TR whole fiber upsetting device, 6Y-1869 shaft forgings were produced in large quantifies. It is proved that the control system can protect the TR device, improve the precision and productivity, and save the cost.
