摘要
采用微束等离子弧焊接方法焊接不锈钢丝网,得到了对接接头的6种不同装配方式的焊点,并基于试验结果分析了装配方式、焊枪对中位置和热输入对焊点成形的影响。结果表明:微束等离子弧焊为不锈钢丝网较为理想的焊接方法,可得到光滑均匀的焊点且达到丝丝焊接、单面焊双面成形的效果;采用对接接头形式所得的焊点主要有球形、椭球形和纺锤形等形态;装配方式、焊接位置和热输入大小对焊点成形均有较大的影响。
Micro-plasma arc welding(M-PAW) method was used to weld stainless steel wire mesh. The joints of six kinds of different assembly modes of the butt joint were obtained, and based on the test results, the effects of assembly methods, the position of the welding torch and the heat input on the solder joint forming were analyzed. The results show that M-PAW is an ideal welding method to stainless steel mesh, a smooth and uniform solder joint can be obtained and the effect of side welding forming can also be achieved. Butt joints forms are the welding progress and spherical, ellipsoid and spindle and other forms. Assembly methods, the position of the welding torch and sizes of the weld heat input have great effect on solder joint forming.
