钻井平台齿条焊接质量控制研究

摘要 钻井平台齿条焊接时存在冷裂倾向、热影响区性能变化和焊接变形等问题。本文经过分析,选用ASTM A514作为齿条用钢,对其焊接性能和工艺设计进行了研究,制定了合理的焊接工艺参数。结合齿条对接焊缝收缩量的理论计算和试验测量结果,测算了焊后横向收缩量,为产品设计了专用工装。焊接工艺评定试验和产品实测结果表明,齿条的焊接工艺设计方案合理,焊前预留计算值的收缩余量能够保证齿条焊后尺寸精度。 Cold crack sensitivity, property change of heat affected zone and welding deformation were the main problems in the welding of drilling platform rack. In this paper, ASTM A514 was selected as a better choice of rack steel. The welding performance and process design were studied, and the reasonable welding parameters were established. Transverse shrinkage after welding was estimated based on the combined results of theoretical calculation and experimental measurement, and a dedicated clamping device was designed. The results of welding procedure qualification test and measurement of rack after welding show that the welding design plan is reasonable and dimensional accuracy can be guaranteed by reserving weld shrinkage calculated by theory before welding.
