摘要
对SUS430不锈钢冷轧时的表面条带状色差缺陷进行了分析,发现缺陷在罩式炉退火后已经产生,缺陷产生的根源是捆带表面涂漆中的氧扩散。通过控制自动打捆模式,改变手动打捆位置和变更捆带材质可以杜绝该缺陷发生。
A zonal color difference defect of SUS430 stainless steel surface was analyzed in cold rolling. It is found that the defect has been produced after batch annealing, and the root cause of defect is oxygen diffusion of the strapping surface lacquer. The defects can be eliminated by controlling the automatic binding mode, changing manual binding position and bundle material.
