摘要
研究了电脉冲处理对冷轧ZK60镁合金组织和性能的影响。研究发现,电脉冲处理能提高位错移动能力,促进再结晶过程的进行,实现细晶强化。晶粒平均尺寸从均匀化处理后的110μm降至13μm左右,抗拉强度从182MPa提高至265MPa,延伸率从7.6%提高到18.1%。较高的变形量和适宜的电脉冲参数有利于再结晶过程;不同类型的孪晶在电脉冲处理过程中表现不同,拉伸孪晶被保留下来,而压缩孪晶易于再结晶。
The effect of electropulsing treatment (EPT) on microstructure evolution and me chanical properties of cold-rolled ZK6O strips was investigated. It was found that EPT significant- ly improved the mobility of dislocations and accelerated the recrystallization. The average grain sizes decreased from 110 μm to around 13 μm. Owing to the grain refining strengthening, the tensile strength was improved from 182 MPa to 265 MPa, and meanwhile the elongation was increrased from 7.6% to 18, 1%. Recrystallization was promoted with incrcasing rolling reduction and a proper duration of EPT. Varied twins presented different performances during the EPT, tension twins were remained after EPT, while compression twins were the favorable sites for re crystallization.
