番茄抗斑萎病毒(TSWV)育种进展 被引量:2

摘要 番茄斑萎病毒(Tomato spotted wilt virus,TSWV)是危害番茄的重要病毒之一,目前该病害在世界范围持续扩展蔓延,是我国番茄生产的潜在威胁。从番茄抗TSWV资源材料的筛选与鉴定、抗病基因的发掘与利用、抗病基因分子标记的开发及在育种上的应用等方面的最新研究进展进行综述。开发有效的抗性鉴定技术及可打破现有抗性材料抗性的新的病毒分离物不断出现是目前番茄抗TSWV育种面临的最大挑战,从病毒的进化重组、抗病育种及综合防治进行了分析讨论,以期为我国番茄抗TSWV育种提供指导。 Tomato spotted wilt virus is one of the most important tomato diseases spreading worldwide and a potential threaten to tomato production in China.The advances in screening and evaluation of germplasm resistance to TSWV,identification of resistance gene with different mechanisms,developing molecular marker linkage to the resistance gene are reviewed. Developing effective resistance evaluation techniques and appearance of resistance-breaking isolates are big challenges to resistant breeding.In this paper,the evolution of the virus,resistant breeding and comprehensive prevention and control of the virus are analyzed and discussed.
