摘要
有源中点箝位(ANPC)型多电平拓扑通过选择不同的电流通路可以使器件损耗分散在不同的开关管上。以三电平ANPC逆变器为研究对象,分析了在不同开关状态之间切换时各开关器件的损耗分布情况,采用正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)方法,提出了一种器件损耗分布平衡的控制策略。通过合理选择冗余状态使电流通过不同的路径,有效地实现了每相器件的损耗平衡。搭建三电平ANPC逆变器实验平台对提出的控制策略进行了验证。
The active neutral-point clamped (ANPC) topology can make the device loss distribution on different swit- ches by selecting different current paths.The loss distribution of the three-level ANPC inverter between different out- put states change is analyzed.Using carrier-based sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM),a novel control strategy of loss distribution is proposed.The loss balance of each phase device can effectively achieve by the reasonable sele- ction of redundant states.Experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
