交流驱动系统共模电压的无源/有源抑制技术 被引量:5

摘要 在交流驱动系统中,由于脉冲输出不对称性,系统中存在高频共模电压及较大的du/dt,这会给系统带来轴电压、轴承电流和电磁干扰(EMI)等负面效应。对此,提出了新的交流驱动电机系统传导电磁干扰的无源/有源滤波抑制方法。根据EMI耦合路径的不同和电磁干扰源的分布,将该无源、有源滤波拓扑结构分为两部分,其中有源滤波器部分主要利用有源共模噪声消除器,连接在交流驱动系统的输出端,而无源滤波器则连接在整流器输入侧和交流电机的非接地中性点之间。最后,通过实验验证了该方法的有效性。 Common-mode voltage and high du/dt occur due to asymmetrical output pulses in active current drive system. It is found that the common-mode voltage causes many adverse effects such as shaft voltage, bearing current, electromag- netic interference(EMI) and so on.A new passive/active suppression method is proposed.For analyzing the propagation routes of electromagnetic interference, the filter topology is divided into two parts which contains a passive filter and an active filter.The active filter mainly contains an active common-mode canceller,and is connected in the output side of inverter.The passive filter is connected between the input side of converter and neutral point of the motor.Finally, the va- lidity of the proposed method is verified by experiment.
