摘要
在无功补偿领域用真空接触器投切并联电容器得到了广泛应用,但这种方式会造成电流冲击、过电压和开关重燃。介绍了一种高电压等级固态复合开关(SSHS)的工作原理、辅助电抗器设计、推荐主接线型式、投切策略、装置组成、仿真及相关试验。分析及试验结果表明所提的高压SSHS设计可快速、频繁、无冲击地对电容器组进行投切,且在高电压电力系统下具有广阔的前景和推广价值。
Switching of shunt capacitor banks with vacuum breaker is widely applied in the reactive power compensation applications, which will cause current impact, over-voltage and reignition.The paper introduces a design of high- voltage solid-state hybrid switch(SSHS), including composition of the design, switching strategy, simulation and protot- ype experiment.Analysis and experiments show that the design of SSHS can switch capacitor banks quckily,frequently and without current impact.It also has wide application prospects and popularized value in high-voltage power system.
