Research on High Voltage Insulation Test of Thyristor Valve Bank for 10 kV Solid-state Switch

目前行业内缺少10 kV固态复合开关用晶闸管阀组相关标准和规范,为了设定正确的试验项目、试验方法和试验参数来验证设备绝缘的可靠性,通过对其特性进行分析计算,结合相似电力电子设备标准和工程经验,介绍了该设备的工频、冲击等高压绝缘试验步骤和方法,并且指出了需要注意的问题及处理情况,为验证该类产品设计的正确性提供了依据,也为设备可靠运行提供了保障。

There is no industrial standard and specification at present for the thyristor valve bank in 10 kV solid-state switch. In this paper, to set up appropriate items, method and parameters of the test for verifying the insulation reliability of the thyristor bank, the characteristics of the thyristor bank are analyzed and calculated, and methods and steps of its high voltage insulation test are discussed according to the standards and engineering experiences of other similar power electronic equipment. In addition, some issues and their treatment are mentioned. This study may provide a basis for the product design.
