摘要
以厦门市五缘湾片区中压配电网工程规划设计为例,从规划部门、供电部门、建设部门的共同利益出发提出并应用3种工程优化方法。这3种工程优化方法分别是:1联合规划法——多部门联合规划、联合管理;2负荷转供联络法——开闭所通过配电自动化调整负荷在变电站主变间的转供,充分利用现在的变电站容量,实现配电网近远期规划的平稳过渡;3虚拟电源点法——在规划变电站建设前,以环网柜为虚拟电源,使配电网从前期接线网络灵活地向目标网架过渡。
This article takes the project planning design of the medium voltage distribution network of Wuyuanwan District in Xiamen as an example, presents and applies three project optimization schemes from the common interest of planning supply and construction departments. The power three optimization schemes are listed as follows: (1) Joint planning method- departments are combined together to plan and manage the system; (2)Load transfer and contact method- switching stations adjust the power supply transferring in the main transformer of the substation through power distribution automation to make full use of existing substation capacity and to achieve the smooth transition in the short and long term planning in the power distribution network; (3) Virtual power point method- before planning the construction of the substation, the ring main unit is planned as a virtual power supply, so that the power distribution network can shift from the previous wiring network to the target wire frame.
