3D打印工作台平面度的差分式光电检测与补偿 被引量:4

Differential Photoelectric Detection and Compensation of Dual Emission for Flatness of 3D Printing Work Plane

摘要 3D打印是一种通过将三维模型切片分层的方式生成可被单片机识别的G代码文件,然后逐层打印的生长型快速制造方法。针对桌面型3D打印机工作台平面不水平导致打印产生的翘曲、变形等问题,利用基于双发射差分式光电传感器距离检测的反距离加权插值(IDW)算法对打印平面进行精确补偿,较传统机械补偿调平方法提高了精度与重复性。通过实验分析与验证,补偿效果明显,有效减少了打印过程出现的翘曲、变形等现象,提高了打印精度与质量。 3D printing is a rapid layer-by-layer growth manufacturing method according to G-code files which come from sliced 3D models and can be recognized by single chip microcomputer. A new compensation method for 3D printing work plane based on the inverse distance weighted (IDW) algorithm of distance detection from differential photoelectric sensor of dual emission was designed to solve problems about warping and deformation during printing process caused by non-horizontal work plane. The accuracy and repeatability of this compensation method were improved compared with the traditional mechanical compensation method. After being analyzed and verified, this compensation is obviously effective because the warping and deformation are avoided during the printing process, AS a result, the printing precision and quality are improved sharply at the same time.
