致聋对成年雄性斑胸草雀HVC核团投射神经元电生理特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用膜片钳全细胞记录技术,探究致聋对成年雄性斑胸草雀HVC两类投射神经元电生理特性的影响.结果发现:2类HVC投射神经元在静息膜电位、后超极化幅度、输入阻抗和时间常数方面都有显著变化. We attempt to explore effects of deafness on electrophysiological properties of HVC projection neurons in adult male zebra finches with whole-cell recordings.The results showed that deafness can cause significant changes in the intrinsic membrane properties of HVC_X neurons and HVC_(RA)neurons,including AHP amplitude,resting potential,input resistance and time constant.
