摘要
DUCKETT手术对于重型尿道下裂一期修复具有重要地位,虽然近年国际共识认为该手术重复性不高,并发症多,但此手术在中国仍然是重型尿道下裂修复的主流术式。本文介绍单中心DUCKETT手术经验,手术技术主要关键点在于充分认识与矫正阴茎弯曲、充分松解会阴区致密筋膜纤维、阴茎头内部修剪扩大容积、皮瓣近侧段与尿道残端作长斜面吻合。
DUCKETT procedure for the repair of hypospadias is a milestone in hypospadiology. Though it is considered to be associated with high complication rate and low repeatability, it is widely accepted in China with good outcomes reported. This paper introduces the surgical experience of monocentric DUCKETT procedure, including the technical key points such as orthoplasty, perineal facial release, deductive trimming in deep glans wings, and onlay-fashion anastomosis.
