显微精索静脉结扎手术的省时改进--显微结扎钉的应用

目的探讨在显微精索静脉结扎手术过程中,应用显微结扎钉结扎精索静脉的省时效果及安全性。方法 2014年9月至2015年6月,在我院接受左侧显微精索静脉结扎的65例患者按1∶1比例顺序分为两组,一组应用常规的0号丝线结扎精索静脉,另一组应用显微结扎钉结扎精索静脉,比较两组手术时间及手术后随访效果。结果 32例患者接受丝线精索静脉结扎,平均手术时间(71.7±22.2)min;33例患者接受结扎钉精索静脉结扎,平均手术时间(42.8±9.2)min;随访3月,二组并发症均较少,且其发生无显著差异。结论在显微精索静脉结扎手术过程中应用显微结扎钉结扎精索静脉安全、省时,易于学习。

Objective To investigate the safety and time effectiveness of using micro ligating clip for vein ligation in mi- croscopic varicocelectomy. Methods During Sept. 2014 and Jun. 2015, all patients with left varicocele who received micro- scopic varicocelectomy in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients were sequentially divided into two groups： group 1 with suture ligation of spermatic vein, and group 2 with micro ligating clip ligation of spermatic vein, The operation-related factors and postoperative complications were recorded and compared. Results Altogether 55 patients were enrolled, including 32 who received suture ligation of varicocele [operation time （71.7±22.2）mini, and 33 who received micro ligating clips [operation time （42.8±9.2）min]. There were no significant differences in the complications between the two groups. Conclu- sion In microscopic varicocelectomy, the application of the micro ligating clips is safe, simple and easy to learn.
