端氨基超支化聚合物泥页岩抑制剂的合成与性能评价 被引量:5

摘要 通过丁二酸酐和二乙烯三胺合成了端氨基超支化聚合物(HP-NH2)泥页岩抑制剂,采用FTIR,1H NMR,TOFMS等技术对其结构进行了表征;通过线性膨胀和3次滚动回收实验对HP-NH2抑制剂的抑制性能进行了评价;通过吸附实验、XRD及FTIR分析对HP-NH2作用于蒙脱土的机理进行了初步研究。实验结果表明,HP-NH2对泥页岩的水化分散和膨胀具有良好的抑制性能,并随HP-NH2含量的增加其抑制性能增强。HP-NH2在蒙脱土表面发生有效吸附,单位吸附量可达0.35 g/g,且可进入蒙脱土晶层间距并通过置换层间水化阳离子将结合水挤出,起到抑制蒙脱土水化膨胀的作用。 A novel shale inhibitor, amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer(HP-NH2),was synthesized from butanedioic anhydride and diethylenetriamine,and its structure was characterized by means of FTIR,1H NMR and TOFMS. Its performances in shale inhibition were evaluated through linear expansion experiments and three cuttings recovery experiments. The results indicated that the performances of HP-NH2 in the shale inhibition was excellent and could be enhanced by increasing the HP-NH2 content. The inhibition mechanism of HP-NH2 to Na-montmorillonite was studied through adsorption experiment and by means of XRD and FTIR. It was showed that HP-NH2 was able to be adsorbed on the surface of Na-montmorillonite effectively and the adsorption capacity could reach 0.35 g/g,which was due to HP-NH2 entering the crystal layer spacing of Na-montmorillonite and replacing the cations in interlayer.
