摘要 舟山国家石油储备基地扩建项目,高边坡设计为弧形边坡,最大开挖高度127 m,坡脚高度8 m,坡脚长752 m;自下而上共分9级放坡,每级平台宽度3 m,台阶高度12-15 m,坡度45-53.1°,设计坡面面积75 320 m2。该山体为中风化-微风化凝灰岩,为保证弧形高边坡开挖成型,且最大程度减小爆破对预留高边坡的破坏,确保后期库区运营安全,采用深孔大孔径进行预裂爆破设计与施工,并对爆破参数、预裂孔的钻孔技术、装药结构、爆破振动控制等进行了优化。从实际效果来看,深孔大孔径预裂爆破不仅保证了弧形高边坡的成型,确保爆破施工中管线隧道在振动安全允许范围内,而且经济实用、大大节约了工期。 In the expansion project of Zhoushan national oil reserve base, the designed high slope is arc shape, and the height is 127 m,the toe height is 8 m and the toe length is 752 m. The slope is divided into 9 grading from bottom to up,with each platform 3 m wide,bench height from 12 m to 15 m. The gradient of slope is 45 to 53.1 degrees, and the slope area is 75,320 m2. The rock is weathering moderately. The deep hole presplit blasting technology with large-diameter is applied to minimize blasting damage to the reserve high slope and to form the arc shape of high slope, which ensures the safety of the later oil depots operation. The blasting parameters, presplit hole drilling, charging structure, and blasting vibration controlling are optimized. From the point of practical effect, the deep hole presplit blasting with large-diameter ensures the shaping of the arc high slope, and keeps pipeline tunnel vibration safe ; furthermore,the economical effect and high efficiency are also obtained.
