摘要
通过在水泥厂篦冷机内利用爆破法清除水泥熟料高温凝结物的实例总结工作经验。在篦冷机腔内800℃以上高温条件下进行针对性操作:对炮孔与孔壁进行洒水降温、选用适宜的爆破器材、制作隔热药包、利用红外测温仪持续测温、高温下迅速装药与起爆、优化爆破参数和设计可靠的起爆网等。以达到安全高效的前提下成功实施高温凝结物爆破拆除的目的。
Based on the experience summary from the blasting and removing high temperature condensation of cement clinker in cement plant grate cooler, the specific procedures were performed, including spraying water to cool hole and the hole wall, choosing appropriate blasting materials, making heat insulation package, continuous temperature measuring by infrared thermometer, quick charging and detonating under the high temperature condition above 800℃ ,optimizing blasting parameters and designing reliable initiation network, and so on. The successful blasting demolition of high temperature condensation was achieved with safety and high efficiency.
