个人组织契合理论及其在卫生人力管理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 不少企业管理者和学者从个人组织契合理论出发研究个人与组织之间的关系,探究个人组织契合度与员工满意度及员工离职倾向的关系,并根据研究结果提高个人组织契合度,提高员工忠诚度。然而,在卫生领域中从个人组织契合理论角度研究个人与卫生机构关系的文献非常缺乏,文章通过介绍个人组织契合理论,分析将个人组织契合理论应用于卫生领域的可能性,并建议将个人组织契合理论应用于卫生机构的招聘、培训和绩效考核等人力资源管理机制。 From the perspective of person-organization fit theory, many enterprise managers and scholars investigated the relationship between person-organization fit and job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Accordingly, they increased the person-organization fit according to the results and improve staff loyalty. However, there is little literature to study the relationship between individuals and healthcare institutions from the perspective of person-organization fit theory in health field, and introduce it into human resources for health. It is recommended that the theory be applied to healthcare institutions recruitment, training and performance evaluation of human resource management mechanism.
