Research on the willingness and awareness of multi-site physician practice in a tertiary hospital

目的 :研究探讨适合我国三甲医院的医师多点执业模式。方法 :根据目前中国医师多点执业模式进行分析,并通过对上海某三甲医院医务人员的调查,了解其对多点执业认知意愿程度。结果 :统计显示医师对多点执业的意愿较为强烈,认为此种模式能让病人获益,但同时也有较多因素制约其发展。结论 :医师多点执业是优化资源配置的一大利器,应在做好监管的前提下,稳步有序推进。

Objective： To explore the current situation and implementation strategies oi multi-site physician practice in a tertiary hospital. Methods： The current status of Chinese multi-site physician practice was analyzed. The awareness and willingness of multi-site physician practice were surveyed by a questionnaire in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai. Results： Physicians were very willing to practice in different sites; such a model could benefit patients but was facing many factors restricting its development. Conclusion： Multi-site physician practice is a great tool for optimizing resource distribution. It is suggested that multi-site physician practice be widely promoted and adopted under proper supervision.
