摘要
目的 :分析宁夏某公立医院在2006—2014年的经济效率和服务效率的发展变化,为医院的发展提供建议。方法 :收集宁夏某公立医院2006—2014年在人、财、物方面的代表性投入指标以及代表性产出指标,利用数据包络法对医院的经济效率和服务效率进行综合评价。结果 :从经济效率来看,医院仅有两年经济效率达到最大化,且2011—2014年呈现规模效率递减趋势。从服务效率来看,医院仅有4年服务效率达到最大化,且在2011年以后呈现规模效率递减趋势。结论 :提高医院的管理水平,合理控制医院的投入,实现资源的合理配置。
Objective: To analyze the economic efficiency and the service efficiency of a public hospital in Ningxia from 2006-2014, and to provide suggestions for the development of the hospital. Methods: Representative input and output data in hospital from 2006-2014 in Ningxia were collected. Economic efficiency and service efficiency were measured by data envelopment analysis. Results: From the point of economic efficiency, the hospital has reached the maximum point in only two years, and showed a diminishing trend in 2011-2014. From the point of service efficiency, the hospital has reached the maximum point in only four years, and showed a diminishing trend after 2011. Conclusion: It is suggested that the hospital improve the management level, control the hospital investment reasonably, and achieve the reasonable resource allocation.
