宁夏某公立医院运行效率分析

Analysis of operation efficiency for a public hospital in Ningxia

目的 :分析宁夏某公立医院在2006—2014年的经济效率和服务效率的发展变化,为医院的发展提供建议。方法 :收集宁夏某公立医院2006—2014年在人、财、物方面的代表性投入指标以及代表性产出指标,利用数据包络法对医院的经济效率和服务效率进行综合评价。结果 :从经济效率来看,医院仅有两年经济效率达到最大化,且2011—2014年呈现规模效率递减趋势。从服务效率来看,医院仅有4年服务效率达到最大化,且在2011年以后呈现规模效率递减趋势。结论 :提高医院的管理水平,合理控制医院的投入,实现资源的合理配置。

Objective： To analyze the economic efficiency and the service efficiency of a public hospital in Ningxia from 2006-2014, and to provide suggestions for the development of the hospital. Methods： Representative input and output data in hospital from 2006-2014 in Ningxia were collected. Economic efficiency and service efficiency were measured by data envelopment analysis. Results： From the point of economic efficiency, the hospital has reached the maximum point in only two years, and showed a diminishing trend in 2011-2014. From the point of service efficiency, the hospital has reached the maximum point in only four years, and showed a diminishing trend after 2011. Conclusion： It is suggested that the hospital improve the management level, control the hospital investment reasonably, and achieve the reasonable resource allocation.
