精神科护士专科培训需求的调查研究

Survey of training needs of psychiatric specialist nurses

目的通过调查精神科专科护士培训学员,了解护士对专科培训内容及形式的需求,以期进一步提高精神科专科护士的培训质量。方法采用自编问卷,对参加2015年中华护理学会举办的第5届精神科专科护士培训的108名学员进行调查。内容包括理论培训需求、临床实践培训需求及培训形式等,当场发放问卷并收回。共发放问卷108份,收回有效问卷100份,有效回收率92.6%。结果精神科专科护士对于精神科危机预防、识别及处理,沟通技巧,精神科心理治疗、干预及护理等理论内容需求较高,对于精神科质量管理,新技术、新业务,护理查房等临床实践内容需求较高。72%的学员希望专科护士培训应采取先集中理论授课再集中实践的模式。结论精神科专科培训应通过科学设定培训内容、优选培训人员、精心设置培训方式、合理安排培训时间及内容等,不断提高培训的效果。

Objective To investigate the training needs of psychiatric specialist nurses, and to improve the quality of nurse training. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 108 students from the Fifth Psychiatric Specialist Nurse Training of Chinese Nursing Association. Results The high demands for theoretical contents were prevention, identification and handling of psychiatric crisis, communication skills, psychiatric therapy, intervention and nursing. The high demands for clinical practice were psychiatric nursing quality management, new psychiatric technology and business, nursing round, and so on. 72% students favored the mode of focusing on theory teaching then to practice. Conclusion Psychiatric specialist training should set up the scientific training contents, optimize the training teachers, elaborate the training mode, and arrange the training time and contents reasonably, so as to improve the quality of training.
