人的辩证思维在青年时期开始得以确立,具有明显的批判性、创造性、主体性、敏捷性。青年时期,正是人进行创新创造的关键时期,思维力使青年在创造性活动中能更好的发现问题、分析问题和解决问题。同时,思维力对于青年智力技能系统和操作技能系统有着重要的作用。因此,要以创造性教育为主渠道,以营造开放的社会、校园、家庭环境为关键点,以坚持对青年进行持久的思维训练为重要方法来培养和提高青年的思维力。

Men＇s dialectic thinking is bred in the period of youth. Youths＇ dialectic thinking is featured by criticalness,creativeness,subjectivity and agility. The period of youth is the key period for youth to carry out creative and innovative activities. Thinking ability enables youth to find,analyze and solve problems in their course of creative activities,and it also plays a positive role in controlling and regulating youths＇ intellectual skills system and operating skills system. Therefore,cultivating youths＇ thinking ability is helpful for the growth of the youth. To cultivate and improve youths＇ thinking ability,creative education should be taken as the main channel,building an open environment in the society,school and family should be regarded as the key point,and persistent thinking training should be adopted as the important method.
