大学生常见异常心理的发生规律研究——基于重庆理工大学某学院SCL-90测量结果及问卷调查

Research on the Genesis and Development of College Students' Common Abnormal Psychology——Based on the SCL-90 Measurement Results and Questionnaire Survey in a Technological University in Chongqing

近些年,大学生心理健康的受关注度不断提升。研究发现,大学生常见异常心理的发生与发展遵循一定的规律,即年级规律、因子分表现分布规律和性别规律等。对于大学生常见异常心理的应对干预,必须以客观规律为支撑,通过开展心理健康课教育、校园文化活动、集体归属感培育和异常心理干预,保障大学生心理健康发展。

In recent years,increasing attention has been paid to college students＇ mental health. This study found that,the genesis and development of college students＇ common abnormal psychology follows a certain law,such as the grade law,the factor law and the gender law. To deal with such abnormal psychology,we should obey the objective laws. We should carry out mental health education,campus cultural activities,cultivate the sencse of belonging and intervention,so as to guarantee college students＇ mental health.
