高职院校特色志愿服务队伍建设探析

On the Construction of Featured Voluntary Service Team in Higher Vocational Colleges

高校志愿者工作是高校思想政治教育和"立德树人"工程的重要内容。利用高职教育的特殊性,将专业教育与社会实践相结合,组织开展专业化特色的志愿服务,是高职院校实践育人的特色模式。加强高职专业化特色志愿服务建设非常重要,但当前高职院校开展特色志愿服务存在诸多问题,本文在探讨这些问题的基础上试图提出解决对策,为高职院校特色志愿服务的可持续发展提供有益借鉴。

Volunteer work in colleges and universities is the important content of ideological and political education and ＂Morality Education＂project. Taking advantage of the particularity of higher vocational education,and integrating professional education and social practice to carry out voluntary service with professional features are the featured model of practice education in higher vocational colleges. Therefore,enhancing the construction of voluntary service with professional features in higher vocational colleges is very important. However,there exist many problems for higher vocational colleges to carry out featured voluntary services. This article discusses the existing problems and suggests countermeasures,in a purpose to provide helpful reference for the sustainable development of featured voluntary services in higher vocational colleges.
