海外社区营造的发展性视角对中国的启示

Discussion on the Developmental Perspective of Oversea Community Building and Its Implications for China

社区营造在20世纪中期以后逐渐兴起并得到越来越多的关注和实践,中国台湾、日本、巴黎等地积累了很多实践经验,成为开展社区营造的典型代表。本文从社区营造的基本内涵着眼,结合中国台湾、日本和巴黎三地的社区营造实践经验,从"发展性"的角度对社区营造进行探讨和分析,并归纳和探究海外社区营造的发展性视角及其对我国社区营造的启示,期望能够更多地从实质性和全面的发展的角度去看待和探讨社区的经营和建设。

Community building rose and gained increasing attention after the mid-20 th century. Taiwan,Japan and Paris accumulated much practical experience in community building,and grew as representatives in this field.Based on the basic connotation of community building,and the practical experience of Taiwan,Japan and Paris,this article discusses and analyzes the concept of community building from ＂developmental perspective＂; and summarizes and explores the developmental perspective of oversea practical experience and its implications for China,in a purpose of understanding community building and operation from a substantive and comprehensive angle.
