摘要
探索工业废水中挥发酚在不同保条件下对样品稳定性的影响。方法:采集炼焦厂废水4份,每份试样按每升水加入2m L硫酸,在另2份中加入0.04μg/m L的酚标准溶液,加标样和试样各1份分别在25℃常温和4℃冷藏条件下保存,酚的测定按水和废水监测分析方法(GB7485-87)中4-氨基氨替比林光度法。结果:酚浓度在0.002~0.06μg/m L范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9992,25℃常温保存酚的测定值为0.031±0.0072μg/m L,对试样的稳定性影响显著(t值为4.44〉t0.05(9)=2.26));
The purpose of the paper is to explore the volatile Penol in Industrial waste water influences the stability of samples under various preserve conditions.Research method: collecting 4 samples of waste water in coking plant, add 2ml/li- ter H2SO4 in each sample, add 0.04μg/mL phenol solutions in two of samples, then preserve them in 25℃ and 4℃ condi- tions each. The measurement of phenol is based on the Amino ammonia than Lin photometric method in water and waste wa- ter monitoring analysis (GB7485-87).Outeomes: the concentration of phenol is better under the range of 0.002 - 0.06 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient is r=-0.9992, the concentration of phenol is 0.031:t:0.0072μg/mL under 25℃, which has big influ- ence on samples stability (t= 4.44〉t0.05 (9)=2.26) ; under 4℃, the concentration of phenol is 0.036+0.0018μg/mL, which has non-significant influence on samples stability (t= 1.89 〉 t0.05 (9) =2.26 ), the confidence limit (R/d) of accuracy rating is 0.96.Conclusion: the unstablizing factors of volatile penol samples in waster water is due to the instability of phenols, therefore the preservative temperature, storage period and illumination is the main factors that to influence the accura- cy of consequences.
