高职院校顶岗实习学生心理辅导模式探究

A Probe into the Psychological Counseling Modes for Vocational College Students During Internship

顶岗实习因其工作岗位、经历与体验的真实性成为高职院校实践教学体系中必不可少的一部分,在人才培养过程中起着重要作用,但由于学生在角色转变期,情绪变化不稳定,需要心理辅导介入顶岗实习过程。通过阐述高职院校顶岗实习学生心理辅导的现状,提出"四位一体"心理辅导管理模式,对完善高职院校理论和实践教学具有一定的指导意义。

As internship provides the authentic experiences of job positions,it has become an indispensable part of practical education in vocational colleges,and plays a key role in talent training.However,students have to shift their roles during internship,and their state of mind will turn unstable.This is where psychological counseling should come in.The paper discusses the current situation of psychological counseling for vocational college students during internship,and puts forward the psychological counseling management mode of ＂four in one＂,which is expected to improve vocational college theories and to guide practical education.
