摘要
肿瘤组织的代谢组学最近已被证明,在膀胱癌的生物标记和早期发现方面具有重要的意义。在膀胱癌代谢的研究中,当前使用的疾病模型系统包括体外培养的癌细胞和体外肿瘤膀胱组织等。研究发现,膀胱癌肿瘤组织在许多代谢途径上都会产生重要的改变,比如能量代谢途径,特别是糖酵解、氨基酸和脂肪酸代谢。此外,在膀胱癌患者中还发现,嘌呤和嘧啶代谢以及肉碱的代谢也发生了改变。尽管关于膀胱癌诊断的新型生物标记物方面的研究已取得较大的进展,但在将研究所得向临床转化的过程中,仍然具有一些困难。综述膀胱癌的早期诊断、预测生物标记物的探索和膀胱癌代谢研究的文献,并对其研究进展作了分析。
Tumor tissue metabolomics has recently been shown important significance in early detection and finding biomarkers of bladder cancer. In the metabolism studies of bladder cancer, the disease model system currently in use includes cultured cancer cells in vitro and bladder tumor tissue cultured in vitro. The current study found that bladder cancer tumors would have a significant change in many metabolic pathways, such as energy metabolic pathways, especially glycolysis, amino acids and fatty acid metabolism. Furthermore, in bladder cancer patients, scientists found that the metabolism of purine, pyrimidine and carnitine also changed. Although in the researches of the new biomarker used for diagnosis of bladder cancer, lots of great progress have been made, it still have some difficulties in using these biomarkers in clinical. Given the importance of the exploration and development of the biomarkers used in early diagnosis and prediction of bladder cancer in clinical, this article reviews the recent literatures on metabolic studies of bladder cancer. The research literature of early diagnosis and metabolism of bladder cancer, and exploration to predict biomarkers were described and the research advances were analyzed.
