某院510例中药注射剂医嘱合理用药分析

Analysis on Rational Use of 510 Doctor's Advices of TCM Injections in A Hospital

目的:分析医院住院患者医嘱用中药注射剂的使用情况。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,抽取2014年11月—2016年3月间医院住院患者治疗用中药注射剂的用药医嘱,每月随机抽取出院医嘱30份,共510份;点评和分析中药注射剂使用的合理性。结果:510份住院患者用药医嘱用药中,168份存在不合理使用现象,主要表现在用药与诊断不符或无适应证用药、用药疗程过长等方面。结论:中药注射剂应严格按照药品说明书使用,规范和提高中医辨证用药水平,临床药师应干预中药注射剂的使用,促进中药注射剂的规范使用。

Objective： To analyze the rational usage of TCM injections of doctor＇s advices medication in inpatient of hospital. Methods： By retrospective analysis method, TCM injection of medication orders were extracted during November 2014 and March 2016 in hospital patients, random discharging orders of 30 a month with the total 510. Review and analyze the rationality of TCM injections to use. Results： Total 510 hospitalized patients used drug medication or- ders, and among them almost 149 unreasonably used in it, mainly in the preparation and diagnosis or no indication or with medication too long, etc.. Conclusion： TCM injections should be used strictly in accordance with the instructions, specifications. In order to improve the level of syndrome differentiation of TCM drugs, clinical phannacists should in- tervent on the use of TCM injections and promote specification use of TCM injections.
