300例泌尿外科围手术期患者抗菌药物预防使用的相关因素分析

Analysis on Relevant Factor of Perioperative Antibiotic Prophylaxis in 300 Patients with Urology

目的:分析泌尿外科围手术期患者抗菌药物预防使用情况,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:随机抽取川北医学院附属医院2016年1—6月间泌尿外科手术出院病例300例,对围手术期抗菌药物使用的合理性进行评价。结果:300例患者中预防使用抗菌药物206例占68.67%,合理使用抗菌药物有150例占72.82%;用药不合理主要表现为选药错误、用药疗程过长、无指征用药等。结论:该院泌尿外科围手术期患者预防用药存在使用率高、药物选择不合理、疗程过长等问题,需进一步规范。

Objective： To analyze the relevant factor of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis in 300 patients with urology, and to provide a reference for the rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods： 150 cases of discharged medical records were randomly selected from the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical college hospital from January to June in 2016 and the rationality of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis was analyzed. Results： Of the 300 cases, there were 206 cases （68.67%） with perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotic, and the cases of rational antibiotic use was 150 （72.82%）. The irrational antibiotic use included unreasonable selection of antibiotics, long course of treatment, no drugs for indication and so on. Conclusion： The perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotic in urology was still irrational, including high rate of drug use, irrational drug selection, too long medicine course, etc.. The perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotic still remains to be further standardized.
