制霉菌素氯化钠溶液与达克宁软膏对外耳道真菌感染患者的临床疗效评价

摘要 目的:评价制霉菌素氯化钠溶液与达克宁软膏对外耳道真菌感染患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年8月间收治的外耳道真菌感染患者62例为研究对象,按随机分组的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组31例;对照组患者均给予单用达克宁软膏治疗,观察组患者均给予制霉菌素氯化钠溶液与达克宁软膏联用治疗,比较和评价两组患者治疗后的总有效率。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为93.54%高于对照组为70.97%,总有效率经组间比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:制霉菌素氯化钠溶液与达克宁软膏联用治疗外耳道真菌感染患者的临床疗效优于单用达克宁软膏的疗效。
