绿色可再生能源技术的运用有助于缓解西藏能源的需求,改善自然生态环境,实现西藏社会经济的健康可持续发展。西藏可再生能源技术的相应激励机制主要包括规划性目标、技术研发、财政及金融优惠、政府采购及市场完善等。西藏可再生能源技术发展需要完备的激励机制,并将其运用于现实中,实现可再生能源高效与有效的统一。因此,需要西藏自治区政府在可再生能源发展规划、法律及政策、产业及市场监管等方面完善相应的机制,此外,还需要市场及相应可再生能源企业的理性发展,形成西藏可再生能源技术从制度构建到产业化发展的良好运行。

Green technologies use renewable energy to help alleviate the energy demand in Tibet, to improve the natural environment, to achieve healthy and sustainable social and economic development in Tibet. Tibet＇s appropriate incentives for renewable energy technologies include planning targets, technology development, fiscal and hnancial benefits, government procurement and market perfect. Tibet＇s development of renewable energy technologies need to have complete incentives, which was used in the real world, renewable energy efficient and effective unified. Therefore, the Tibet Autonomous Region government improves relevant mechanisms in renewable energy development plan, legal and policy, industry and market supervision, and also need to have market and the corresponding rational development of renewable energy enterprises, the formation of Tibet from renewable energy technologies system is built into the healthy operation of industrial development.
