Language Compression In Simultaneous Interpreting Under the Theory of Cumulative Dynamic Analysis

Simultaneous interpreters have to deal with various kinds of speeches delivered at a fast rate, which is a big challenge to them. In order to fulfil what simultaneous interpreting is about, conveying the message of speaker completely and faithfully to the audience, that the comprehension process is based on cumulative dynamic （semantic） analysis, CDA, should be understood. Therefore, a compression strategy can be adopted in order to guarantee that the intention of the speaker could be conveyed, which in turn, maintain the quality of simultaneous interpreting.
