关于促进大学教师教学能力发展的策略探究

摘要 大学教师教学能力是直接影响大学教学质量的核心因素。部分大学教师缺乏对教学的足够重视,教学能力发展动力不足,导致教学有效性不强,学生能力发展不佳等问题。本论文将从教师的个体能动性和大学的发展环境建设出发,寻找促进教师教学能力提升的策略,以实现教师个体自主发展与大学教学发展生态环境的融合,孕育和谐教学文化,提升大学的教育教学质量。 The teaching capacity of university teachers is regarded as the core factor, which will exert direct influence over the teaching quality. Some teachers in the university fail to pay enough attention to teaching, and some lack of motivation to improve their teaching capacity, which result in less teaching effectiveness and poor capacity development of the students. Based on the individual motivation of the teachers and the development environment building in the university, this paper discusses the strategies to promote the teaching capacity of university teachers and integrate the individual independent development of the teachers and the ecologic development for good teaching development in the university so as to foster a harmonious teaching culture and improve the education and teaching quality in the university.
