气囊导尿管在我院结肠造口患者灌肠中的临床应用

Clinical application of aerocyst urethral catheter in clyster of patients with colonic diversion in our hospital

目的 探讨气囊导尿管在四川省南充市中心医院（以下简称“我院”）结肠造口患者灌肠中的临床应用情况。方法 分析我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的结肠造口患者50例的临床资料,依据灌肠方法的不同将其分为对照组（传统灌肠法）和观察组（气囊导管灌肠法）,各25例。观察两组患者灌肠效果、灌洗液反流量、灌肠成功率、出血和穿孔发生率、舒适度、满意度情况。结果 观察组灌肠总有效率（96%）显著高于对照组（76%）,观察组灌肠灌注100 m L反流量[（5.6±2.1）m L]、灌注200 m L反流量[（12.3±4.8）m L]、灌注500 m L反流量[（40.7±15.3）m L]、灌注1000 m L反流量[（82.4±28.7）m L]均显著低于对照组[（28.4±5.1）、（72.4±5.2）、（248.7±31.3）、（475.6±45.4）m L],观察组灌肠成功率（96%）显著高于对照组（76%）,出血发生率（4%）、穿孔发生率（0%）均显著低于对照组（16%、8%）,观察组患者舒适度和满意度均显著优于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 气囊导尿管在我院结肠造口患者灌肠应用后,可以提高灌肠成功率,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的舒适度和满意度。

Objective To approach the clinical application conditions of aerocyst urethral catheter in clyster of patients with colonic diversion in Nanchong Central Hospital （＂our hospital＂ for short）. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases with colonic diversion admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 was analyzed, the patients were divided into control group （traditional clyster） and observation group （clyster with aerocyst urethral catheter） according to different clyster methods, with 25 cases in each group. The conditions of elyster effect, regurgitant volume of irrigation solution, success rate of clyster, incidence of bleeding and perforation, comfort degree and degree of satisfaction in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of clyster in the observation group （96%） was higher than that of control, group （76%）, the regurgitant volume of elyster perfusion 100 mL [（5.6_＋2.1） mL], clyster perfusion 200 mL [（12.3±4.8） roLl, clyster perfusion 500 mL [（40.7±15.3） mL], clyster perfusion 1000 mL [（82.4±28.7） mL] were all signif： icantly lower than those of control group [（28.4±5.1）, （72.4±5.2）, （248.7±31.3）, （475.6±45.4） mL], the success rate of elyster （96%） in the observation group was higher than that of control group （76%）, the incidence of bleeding （4%） and perforation （0%） in the observation group was all lower than those of control group （16%, 8%）, the comfort degree and degree of satisfaction in the observation group were all better than those of control group, the differences above were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Appllcation of aerocyst urethral catheter in clyster of patients with colonic diversion in our hospital can improve the success rate of clyster, decrease the incidence of complications, and increase the comfort degree and degree of satisfaction of the patients.
