某院辅助用药医嘱点评工作情况分析

Analysis of a hospital′s adjuvant review work

目的分析南方医科大学第三附属医院辅助用药的医嘱点评情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过医院HIS系统调取辅助用药的用药数据,分析2015年度辅助药品使用情况、进入每月药品销售排名前十情况、药物的利用指数DUI,评价点评工作效果;对医嘱点评结果进行归纳,总结不合理用药情况。结果 2015年度辅助药品销售金额比上年度下降51.5%,在11、12月实现全部药品销售排名前十无辅助用药的目标,点评工作取得效果;但个别药品DUI仍高,反映出点评工作的问题:抽取标准的缺陷,点评的效率差,点评工作的理念需改变;不合理用药情况是适应证不适宜,用法用量不适宜,联合用药不适宜。结论我院辅助药品点评工作取得成效,但也存在不足之处,有待通过对抽取标准改进、软件改善、合理用药沟通等手段来进一步规范。

Objective To analyze the comments on medication orders in inpatients for improving the rational level of drug utilization. Methods The drug utilization data of complementary medicines provided by the hospital HIS system were adopted to compare the consumption. The usage, the monthly sales of top ten, drug utilization index DUI were analysed, and the review work was evaluated, and then the results of the review was summarized and irrational drug use of complementary medicines in the year 2015 was summed up. Results The 2015 annual sales amount of complemen- tary medicines was fell 51.5% over the previous year, in November and December the hospital achieved the goal of full drug sales top ten without complementary medicines, the reviews made effect; But some individual drugs DUI were still high, the reviews work were reflected problems： Standard extraction defects, reviewed inefficient, and the idea of re- views work needed to be change; irrational drug uses were inappropriate indications, inappropriate dosage, inappropriate combination therapy. Conclusion The hospital complementary medicines review has been successful, but there are also shortcomings, it is necessary to take useful means such as improved extraction standards, improved software, promote rational drug use communication.
