摘要
目的 探讨护理管理中不安全因素与防范对策。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月~2015年6月北京天坛医院收治的患者180例,依据给予患者护理安全管理的实施情况,分为对照组(90例)和观察组(90例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上,应用护理安全管理措施,对比两组患者护理满意率和护理不安全事件发生情况。结果 住院期间共有20例患者出现导管脱落、压疮、跌伤、感染等护理不安全事件,然而观察组患者的护理不安全事件发生率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 在护理管理中及时分析不安全因素,实施针对性的护理安全管理,可效控制及预防护理风险的发生,减少护士不良情绪,增加患者满意度,进而提升护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing management for risk factors and preventive methods. Methods Clinical data of 180 patients hospitalized in Beijing Tian Tan Hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the method of the nursing safety management, 180 patients were divided into control group (90 cases) and observation group (90 cases). Patients in the control group were managed with routine nursing care and patients in the observation group received nursing safety management. The incidence of nursing satisfaction and unsafe nursing events in patients between the two groups were compared. Results Nineteen patients had unsafe nursing events, including catheter removal, pressure ulcer, fall, infection. However, patients in the observation group had signifi- cantly lower incidence of unsafe events than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Furthermore, the rate of nursing satisfaction was significantly different between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The targeted safety management can effectively control and prevent the occurrence of nursing unsafe events, increase nursing satisfaction, and improve nursing quality.
