China＇s reform and opening up has entered into a deep water area,both institutional drawbacks and organizational barriers form a complicated situation,and this requires Chinese Communists to break away varied drawbacks and barriers,with a spirit of ＂leaving traces when grasping iron and leaving marks when treading on stones＂,a faith of ＂diligent work and the country thriving,or empty talk,and the country withering＂,and a political courage and a leading vigor of＂going against the prevailing willing of thousands of people＂.
