晚清《杭州白话报》的语言艺术及影响述略

Analysis of the Language Arts and the Influence of Hangzhou Vernacular Newspaper in the Late Qing Dynasty

创办于光绪年间的《杭州白话报》是中国近代诸多白话报刊中创刊较早、发行时间较长且文学水平较高的期刊。在文学视角下,晚清《杭州白话报》前三年刊登的杂文、小说和韵文等,语言亲近通俗、面向大众,对近代外国历史题材小说的兴起、白话文正式取代文言文的文学革命产生一定的影响,从而对社会的启蒙起到促进作用。

Hangzhou Vernacular Newspaper,established in the late Qing dynasty,was an important journal among the vernacular newspapers in modern China for its early establishment,long publishing period,and high literary levels. Under the literature perspectives,for the essays,novels and verse etc,published in the first three years of the Hangzhou Vernacular Newspaper,the languages were close and popular and were for the general public. It has certain impacts on the rising of modern foreign historical novels and the revolution of replacing classical Chinese with vernacular literature,and plays a role in promoting social enlightenment.
