多通道激光器驱动温控测试系统

摘要 SLD(Super Luminescent Diode超辐射发光二极管)作为光纤陀螺仪的关键器件,其稳定性影响着陀螺仪的可靠性和精度。为满足SLD测试而开发了一套多通道温控驱动测试系统,以提高效率。测试系统由激光器驱动单元、温度控制单元、温度测试单元和光功率测试单元组成。带反馈的可调电流源确保输出电流恒定,输出光功率动态可调。温控芯片对激光器进行恒温控制,消除环境温度以及自身温度变化所带来的影响。结合系统软件,可同时测试20个器件,测试数据可储存和打印。 As a key implement of Fiber Optic Gyro (FOG), the performance of super luminescent diode (SLD) is affecting the reliability and precision of FOG. This Measurement System is designed to test SLD performance rapidly. It is made up of Laser driver unit, temperature control unit, temperature measurement unit and optical power meter unit. Tunable current source with feedback to make sure output current stable, temperature control IC to eliminate the affecting of environment or own temperature change. Combine with software, 20 components can be measured in the same time, and data could be saved as report forms or printed directly.
