摘要 我国南方沿海地区常年受台风侵袭,损失巨大。文章首先总结和分析了南方电网公司辖区内遭受台风灾害时电网设施受损的主要原因;其次针对南方沿海区域的台风特点,分析了南方电网公司结合设计、规划、施工、物资、运维等方面构建的防风技术体系,以及各地开展的差异化防风加固项目;最后以典型案例对南方电网公司防风技术体系的应用进行了阐述,并针对提高电网防风能力提出了建议。 The coastal area in South China suffers from typhoon disaster frequently,which brings enormous losses. Firstly,the main causes of the damages to the power grid during typhoon in CSG( China Southern Power Grid) is summarized and analyzed. Secondly,the anti-typhoon technique system established based to the whole process of design,planning,construction,goods quality control,operation and management is introduced and its implementation effects,especially the difference-oriented anti-typhoon reinforcement projects in CSG are analyzed. Finally,the experiences of implementing the anti-typhoon technique system in CSG are illustrated based on two typical cases,and some recommendations for improving the anti-typhoon ability of power grids are proposed.
