摘要
本文以复合式气囊隔振器为研究对象,研究这种隔振器垂向静态特性的计算方法。对这种隔振器进行有限元仿真计算和垂向静态特性实验,通过与仿真、计算和实验的结果比较,可知计算结果、仿真结果和实验结果基本一致,说明了这种垂向静态特性的计算方法有效,为其他类型的隔振器垂向静态特性计算提供了借鉴。
This paper investigates calculation method for vertical static properties of a complex air spring. The finite element analysis and experiment are conducted upon it. By comparison, the vertical static properties obtained by simulation and experiment test respectively are approximately consistent with the theoretical calculation results, which shows the method of theoretical calculation is effective. The method of theoretical calculation for vertical static properties provides a reference for other kinds of isolators.
