摘要
选取平均初始体重为(17.23±0.04)g的黄鳝作为试验对象。以基础饲料为对照组,在基础饲料中分别添加0.1%、0.2%复合益生菌(主要成分为芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、乳杆菌),配制三种等氮等能试验饲料。研究该复合益生菌对黄鳝生长、消化酶活性及部分血清生理生化指标的影响,养殖试验持续10周。试验结果表明:各饲料组间黄鳝肝体比、脏体比及肥满度无显著差异,复合益生菌能一定程度提高黄鳝成活率,但各饲料组间差异不显著;复合益生菌有提高黄鳝增重率和蛋白质效率、降低饲料系数的趋势,当添加量为0.2%时,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),但与添加量为0.1%组无显著差异。肠道胰蛋白酶活力有随复合益生菌增加而上升的趋势,与对照组相比,当添加量为0.2%时,胰蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。饲料中添加复合益生菌对黄鳝血清谷丙转氨酶活性无显著影响,但谷草转氨酶活性随益生菌的增加呈下降趋势,当添加0.2%时,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);饲料中添加益生菌可显著提高血清溶菌酶、总超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05)。饲料中添加该复合益生菌对黄鳝水分、粗蛋白质含量无显著影响,但显著提高了黄鳝粗脂肪、粗灰分含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲料中复合益生菌能一定程度提高黄鳝免疫力,促进鱼体生长,且0.2%添加量的效果更佳。
A 10-week feeding experiment was conducted to study the effect of a compound feeding probiotics (con-aining bacillus ,lactobacillus and lactobacillus )on growth performance of rice filed eel(Monopterus albus ) with initial body weight of (17.23±0.04)g.Three isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets were formulated,containing 0,0.1% and 0.2% compound feeding probiotics,respectively (designed as D0,D0.1,D0.2).As the results showed :the ratio of liver weight to bodyweight, ratio of viscera to body weight and fattenessing indexes of eel changed insignificantly among the diet groups, while the survival of eel improved insignificantly;however,the dietary compound probioties affected the growth performance significantly,the trend showed that weight gain and protein efficiency were increased with the compound probiotics increasing,but feed coefficient decreased,especially for Do.2 (P 〈 0.05).Trypsin activity was increased as compound probiotics adding,compared with D0,the trypsin activity in Do.2 increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ).There was no significant difference in serum alanine aminotransferase activity;on the one hand, aspartate aminotransferase activity decreased as the mount of probiotics increased,while D0.2 was significantly (P 〈 0.05) ;on the other hand,this compound feeding probiotics could in- crease serum lysozyme,total superoxide dismutase and catalase activity significantly (P 〈 0.05).There was no significant effect on moisture and crude protein of eel,but crude fat and crude ash content increased significantly (P 〈 0.05).To conclusion, adding 0.2% compound feeding probiotics to the diet could improve growth performance and immunity of rice filed eel significantly(Monopterus albus)in this study
