微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定饲料级石粉中5种有害金属元素 被引量:6

摘要 本实验旨在建立一种准确、快速测定饲料级石粉中有害金属元素的方法 。通过在微波消解过程中加入氢氟酸,彻底消解石粉样品,并采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定石粉中的砷、铅、镉、铬和汞含量。测定结果显示,各元素在其标准曲线的浓度范围内,线性相关系数均大于0.9998,方法检测限为1.2~9.2μg/kg,各浓度梯度的加标回收率为91.0%~102%。与国家标准方法相比,该法能够更加快速、准确、灵敏地测定石粉中的5种有害金属元素,值得推广应用。 To determine the contents of poisonous metal including As, Pb, Cd, Cr, and Hg in limestone meal, we analyzed samples by microwave digestion and inductively coupled with plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).The samples were determined adequately because of adding of HF.The results showed that linear correlation coefficients of the five elements were all greater than 0.9998,the method detection limits were between 1.2 - 9.2 μg/kg,the recovery were all in the range of 91.0% - 102%.In conclusion,the method of determining poisonous metal elements in limestone meal by ICP-MS was more simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate than the method of GB 13078-2001.
