固井水泥浆胶乳的合成及性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 针对常用的胶乳水泥浆抗盐性能较差、其性能易因盐侵而大幅下降、不利于水泥浆的泵送作业等问题,以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、衣康酸和功能单体为原料,利用水溶液聚合法合成了一种适用于固井作业水泥浆的胶乳。对产物进行了红外光谱分析,综合评价了胶乳水泥浆体系的性能。研究结果表明,该胶乳沉降稳定性好,抗盐性能优良,加入到水泥浆中可有效降低胶乳水泥浆的游离液量和滤失量,并有效提升水泥石的力学性能。与丁苯胶乳和氯丁胶乳相比,合成的胶乳综合性能更为优良,可有效解决普通固井水泥浆体系稳定性差、脆性大等问题。 In allusion to the problems of poor salt resistance and lower performance induced by salt invasion and being unbeneficial for pumping,a latex for cement slurry was synthesized by using butyl acrylate,styrene,itaconic acid and functional monomer PA as starting materials via aqueous solution polymerization process.The products were characterized with Infrared spectrum,the performance of latex cement slurry was evaluated synthetically.The research results show that the latex system is stable and has eximious salt resistance.Segregated liquid content and API filter loss can be decreased in the latex cement slurry system.Furthermore,it can improve mechanical properties of hardened cement slurry efficiently.The synthesized latex has more excellent performance,compared with styrene-butadiene latex and chloroprene latex in the cement slurry system.Some problems,such as poor stabilization and large brittleness,can be solved when it is used in the well cementation process.
